The <strong data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"408\">Dubai Tenancy Law<\/strong>, namely <strong data-start=\"417\" data-end=\"441\">Law No. (26) of 2007<\/strong> and its amendment <strong data-start=\"460\" data-end=\"484\">Law No. (33) of 2008<\/strong>, regulates all aspects of <strong data-start=\"511\" data-end=\"531\">lease agreements<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"557\">eviction in Dubai<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"558\" data-end=\"561\" \/>This article explains the legal grounds and procedures for <strong data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"650\">evicting a tenant in Dubai<\/strong>, before and after the lease term, as outlined by the <strong data-start=\"704\" data-end=\"730\">Rental Disputes Center<\/strong>\u2014the official body that resolves rent and property-related cases.<\/p><h4 data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"853\" data-rm-block-id=\"block-5\"><strong data-start=\"806\" data-end=\"853\">\u00a0Eviction Before the Expiry of the Lease<\/strong><\/h4><p data-start=\"854\" data-end=\"1093\" data-rm-block-id=\"block-6\">Eviction during the contract period is an <strong data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"909\">exception<\/strong> to the general rule of respecting the agreed rental term.
